An immersive workshop grounded in NYU SPS Lab for Transformative Leadership theory, where you’ll learn practical tools and insight on the topic of modern decision making.
We live in a world of complexity and accelerating change. In a world of constant motion predictions are less reliable. AI accelerates information faster than we can make meaning from it. We’re no longer managing change – we’re leading when change no longer settles. In this practical hands-on leadership workshop, led by Vince Gennaro, Associate Dean of the Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport at NYU and vision behind NYU SPS Lab for Transformative Leadership, you will:
- Engage in hands-on group practice to dissect the meaning and business relevance of optionality in the modern climate
- Take in theory from professor, author and radio show host Vince Gennaro as you explore how winning organizations in sport think and behave
- Learn how to both drive and take advantage of change in an ever-changing industry – and world
Club Workshops are designed to strengthen your leadership and your connections – building skills and relationships that last beyond the room.
