Referral Competition
We believe that the best communities are built by the people who are in them, and that’s why we’re turning to you, our members, to help grow our community – enriching the collective experience for everyone involved.
We’ve partnered with Kymira, who make infrared infused smart clothing, and if you successfully support us in growing the community, you’ll receive Kymira clothing worn by some of the world’s leading athletes.
How Do I Refer Someone?
It’s easy. Just email contact@leadersclub.com and copy in the person you want to refer. Confirm their name, job title, organization, their consent to be referred and your endorsement for them to join The Leaders Club.
For someone to be eligible to join The Club, they must meet the following criteria:
- You work in the sports industry
- You have a minimum of 7 years professional experience
- You’ve reached Manager level or above
If they’re not managing people, then they’re responsible for a certain function within a team or their own projects. They’re often collaborating across functions and teams, using their experience and specialised skills to influence others without having positional authority.
The Leaders Club is open to any job function or department in a sports-related business, rights holder or property.
Receive Kymira Smart Clothing
If you refer:
- 1 person, you’ll receive a pair of Recharge Crew Sock
- 3 people, you’ll receive a Recharge Recovery T-Shirt
- 5 people, you’ll receive a Charge Hoodie
The competition will run from Friday, April 4 to Sunday, June 15. Winners will be provided with a code to redeem their clothing, once the competition closes. Please note to receive your Kymira clothing, you will need to pay for postage.
