With a background spanning commercial strategy, marketing and fan engagement, she plays a central role in advancing the club’s performance on and off the pitch. She's helped drive the continued professionalisation and visibility of the women’s game, contributing to rising attendances, enhanced partnerships and greater integration within the wider City Football Group, and led the club during their first ever WSL league victory.
