Focused leadership session to strengthen your modern leadership capabilities.

Anyone is capable of adapting to even quite disruptive change, when they are well led. The aim of this session is to deepen your understanding of the psychology behind how change affects people, and what you can do as a leader to support people in responding resourcefully.

  • Explore 3 stages of transition, what people struggle with, what they need from you as a leader, and common traps to avoid 
  • Learn the key framework around how to sell the need for change in a way that maximizes buy in
  • Engage with active theory and thoughtful practice to round out your knowledge of and ability to respond to change
