Connected Conversations: Mentoring, Mindset and Meaningful Change

The best mentoring relationships aren’t built on advice alone – they’re built on rapport, curiosity and a willingness to have the conversations most people avoid.

In this session, Chloe Walton, accredited coach and founder of The Connected Leaders, moves beyond “how to find a mentor” to explore a more valuable question: how do you create the space for honest conversations and get real value from them?

Drawing on real mentor-mentee stories and the principles behind Connected Conversations – Perspectives, Mindset and Rapport – this session is designed for leaders who want to strengthen how they connect, challenge and grow.

  • Learn how to build stronger mentoring relationships, ask better questions and gain more value
  • Hear candid stories from mentors and mentees on what made their relationships successful
  • Reflect and connect with peers through a facilitated breakout discussion
