Leaders Club Socials are designed to spark meaningful conversations and connections. Each event features a fireside chat with a confirmed industry expert in an intimate setting, giving you the chance to ask the questions you really want to ask. We’re focused on ensuring you meet new members from the outset, so there’s always time for a breakout discussion – centered around a question relevant to the wider conversation – giving you the opportunity to share perspectives with fellow attendees.

We’re excited to welcome Karl Fitzpatrick, CEO of Warrington Wolves, as our guest speaker for this Social. A rugby player turned executive, Karl began his career with Salford Red Devils and the Ireland national team before transitioning into finance with Deloitte and Barclays Wealth. He returned to sport in a leadership capacity, first as Head of Commercial and then CEO of the Wolves in 2017.

Under Karl’s leadership, the club has reached the Super League Grand Final twice, with the most recent season seeing them finish 3rd. Off the pitch, Karl is focused on expanding the club’s reach in the football-dominated North West, evolving its identity, and navigating the broader challenges facing rugby today.

Following the fireside chat and breakout discussion, we’ll round off the evening with a shared experience – previous socials have included seats at a New York Liberty game, Euros and Olympic watch parties, cocktail making, and more.
