Members Meet: Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025

We’re excited to host this Leaders Club Members Meet, held in celebration of the upcoming Women’s Rugby World Cup, hosted by World Rugby and one of the tournament partners, Ticketmaster.

Join Sarah Massey, Managing Director, Women’s Rugby World Cup England 2025 and Rachael Burford, Head of Women’s Rugby at International Rugby Players and England Rugby Players Association, as they share their insights on the growth of women’s rugby and the final preparations ahead of the World Cup kicking off next month.

In what’ll be Sarah’s last speaking engagements before things get underway, it will be a unique opportunity for you to hear directly from the executive charged with bringing an historic sporting moment to life. From legacy planning and fan engagement to the global opportunity for women’s rugby, with the mission to deliver the biggest and most impactful Women’s Rugby World Cup to date.

Sarah will be joined by Rachael who represented England at the 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cups. She has been a trailblazer for women’s rugby, serving on World Rugby’s Rugby Committees across all areas of the game and becoming the first women’s player on the RPA Players’ Board in 2015.
