We’re delighted to have Caroline McGrory, Chief Legal Officer of the Cadillac F1 Team, as a speaker for this topic-led session, “Going Against the Grain,” on November 11.
With over 20 years in elite sport – including Formula 1, Premier League football, and the Commonwealth Games – Caroline now leads legal, commercial, and partnership strategy at Cadillac F1. She played a pivotal role in securing the team’s entry as the 11th competitor on the 2026 F1 grid, officially announced in March 2025.
Previously Director of Legal Affairs at Alpine F1 during a season of major upheaval, and as part of the Senior Leadership Team at Leicester City FC as the club aimed to build lasting success from their historic Premier League win, Caroline brings rare insight into launching a challenger team in a legacy-driven sport. She’ll share the inside story of Cadillac’s rise – soon to be featured in an upcoming Keanu Reeves documentary.
