Over breakfast, you’ll hear from Sarah Batters, Managing Director of London City Lionesses. Appointed in August 2024, Sarah is leading the club through its historic first season in the Women’s Super League as the league’s first independent team. Drawing on senior roles at City Football Group, Southampton FC, and Brighton & Hove Albion, Sarah will share insights into her leadership during this transformative period and outline the Lionesses’ ambitious plans to build a world-class training centre for women and girls’ football.
You’ll also take part in a breakout discussion shaped around a key theme from the conversation, giving you the chance to share ideas and hear from fellow members. The morning will wrap up with a guided tour of Fulham Pier.
